We would love the opportunity to discuss how we can help you live the life you want. There are no restrictions in eligibility to engage Me & You Carers for Personal Support Services as we are a registered NDIS provider.
Fees
All our services attract a fee that is guided by the NDIS pricing schedule. The fees depend on the services and supports you require and reflect those allocated by the NDIS. Me & You Carers will negotiate an individual agreement that is unique and tailored to meet your specific needs. Want to know more?

At Me & You Carers, we prioritise disability social inclusion through our in-home support for participants, which is why we offer a range of services. Some of the social support and community access services include supported independent living (SIL), short, medium and long-term accommodation, NDIS community engagement and any other specific personal support you need.
How do Me & You Carers assist individuals in understanding and accessing their NDIS plan?
When you work with Me & You Carers for your in-home care, you’ll soon discover that collaboration and disability social inclusion are our top priorities. We’re all about maximising your NDIS plan as much as possible to help you reach your goals and discover new interests.
This means we deliver 1:1 support to all our NDIS participants as well as accompany you to your appointments, assist you with accessing accommodation and personal activities, develop daily skills and attend NDIS community engagement.
What are the eligibility requirements to receive social support and community access services from Me & You Carers?
The NDIS services with Me & You Carers are available to all NDIS participants. As we are a registered NDIS provider, there are no restrictions on eligibility so long as you are an NDIS participant.
